Prompts automation (“the Tool”) is a private, internal tool operated by the band PROMPTS. It is used only by the band, on our own accounts. There are no other users.
The Tool is not distributed to, sold to, or usable by anyone outside the band. No accounts are created for anyone, and there are no end users other than the band itself.
When we publish a photo and video post to our own Instagram account, the Tool combines that post’s media into a single vertical video, adds one of our own master recordings as the soundtrack, and publishes the result to our own TikTok and YouTube accounts.
The Tool reaches only our own accounts, using credentials we issue to ourselves:
The Tool does not access, collect, or process data belonging to any other person. It does not read other people’s profiles, followers, comments, or videos, and it has no capability to do so.
Everything happens locally on a single computer owned by the band. Access tokens sit in a file on that computer and travel nowhere except to the official API of the platform they belong to. Media files are stored locally and are overwritten or deleted as new posts are processed.
There is no database, no cloud storage, and no backend service. Nothing is sent to any analytics provider, advertising network, or other third party.
We do not sell, share, or disclose data to third parties. The only network destinations the Tool contacts are the official APIs of Instagram (Meta), TikTok, and YouTube (Google).
Access tokens are kept only while the Tool is in use, and can be revoked at any time from each platform’s own settings, which immediately ends the Tool’s access. Deleting the local files removes everything the Tool has stored.
The Tool is not directed at children, and collects no data from anyone.
If the Tool’s behavior changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
